Across Government, Telecom, and IT, I’ve built a track record of converting organizational ambiguity, competing priorities, undefined requirements, and legacy process debt into validated roadmaps, actionable requirements, and solutions that get built and adopted.

That work has led to scaling a startup’s revenue 10× in four years, launching region’s first Telecom SMB self-service App, and building a first-to-market data monetization platform while navigating strict data privacy regulations.

I work fluidly across Agile and structured delivery environments, using tools like value stream mapping, Lean principles, and unit economics to drive faster, better decisions. More recently, I’ve been embedding AI and automation into my work, including building a RAG-based chatbot that reduced digital orders CAC by 50%.

What sets me apart is a rare combination of business and technical depth: an MBA, a B.E.E., and formal project management training, allowing me to operate comfortably from presenting to boardroom to deep technical discussions in the same day.
